3.2 Cancelled or suspended events: If a sporting event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned before its official conclusion, all related bets will be settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned), unless specific rules are stated in the market description. For football, a match is considered complete after 90 minutes of regular time, unless otherwise indicated.

3.5 Accumulator bets: In accumulator (parlay) bets, all selections must be resolved correctly for the bet to win. If one event within an accumulator is cancelled, it is removed from the combination and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections.
4.1 Live betting: Live betting lets you wager on sporting events as they unfold, with odds updated in real time. K9Bet may temporarily suspend live markets during specific moments of an event — such as VAR reviews, penalty kicks, goals, or red cards — and will reopen them once the situation is resolved.
4.2 Odds change during confirmation: Live odds change constantly. If the odds on a bet shift between the moment you clicked and the moment the server confirms it, K9Bet's system will display the new odds and ask you to confirm again. You can accept or decline the new odds with no penalty.
4.3 Cash Out: Cash Out lets you close a bet before the final result, receiving a value calculated by K9Bet based on current market odds. Cash Out is available on most live events, but may be temporarily unavailable at certain points during a game or on specific markets. The value offered at Cash Out is final — once confirmed, the transaction cannot be reversed.
4.4 Partial Cash Out: Partial Cash Out allows you to close part of a bet while keeping the remainder active. The minimum amount for a Partial Cash Out is R$ 5.00. K9Bet may, at its discretion, limit or suspend Cash Out during periods of high simultaneous request volume.
5.1 Welcome bonus: K9Bet offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00. The bonus is automatically credited after the first qualifying deposit, made through any payment method available on the platform. The minimum deposit required to activate the bonus is R$ 20.00.
5.2 Rollover requirement: Bonus funds are subject to a 5x rollover (five times the bonus amount received) on bets with minimum odds of 1.60. Example: a R$ 200.00 bonus requires R$ 1,000.00 in cumulative bets before it is converted into real funds available for withdrawal. The rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is granted.
5.3 Markets eligible for rollover: Sports bets with minimum odds of 1.60 count toward the bonus rollover. Live Casino, slots, and crash games may contribute differently depending on the specific rules of each promotion. Cancelled bets or bets settled at odds of 1.00 do not count toward the rollover.
5.4 One promotion per account: Each user is entitled to use the welcome bonus only once. Users who create multiple accounts to claim the bonus more than once will have all accounts closed and all bonuses cancelled.

5.6 Promotion changes and cancellations: K9Bet may modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, provided reasonable prior notice is given. Promotions with a set end date cannot be extended after they close, unless the platform explicitly communicates otherwise.
6.1 Accepted methods: K9Bet accepts the following payment methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, Mercado Pago, PicPay, and TED bank transfers through major Brazilian banks (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil).
